BLEND OF LOVING ENERGIES

Please wait! That's what it keeps saying on my computer screen as I attempt to get back into my desktop programs and files. It had shut down overnight, even though it is not set for automatic update installations. Sometimes I think it has a mind of its own, which annoys me. Even though I have long said, "I serve all Creation, and all Creation serves me," I don't like serving a machine that was created for the express purpose of serving me. You're right, it was not my intention to talk about this today; yet that is where my focus went after coming here from the meditation room. Hum. Am I being forced to look at patience today? Yes, it may be a virtue, though it is not my strong point. Some of the most important things to me I want yesterday, not tomorrow. Of course things do seem the be speeding up, especially the consciousness of those of us working for real change in our lives and world.

Alright, I admit it. I'm becoming more and more consummed with the prospect of actually meeting my spiritual partner face to face as we get to know each other more and more through conversation. Perhaps that is why I chose to attend the Metaphysicians' Circle last night where one of my many astrologer friends, Marilyn Muir, was talking about the astrology of relationships. One of the things she said struck me as true: any two people can succeed in creating a healthy relationship provided they have similar values, communicate in a similar manner and are committed to making it work. Today's title comes from the handout for the meeting in which she said, "...the most difficult human ability to develop is the source of our greatest pleasure relating." Perhaps most, like me, have experienced both highs and lows in relationships. She said, however, "people and relationships don't disappoint us. Our expectations...are what provide the framework for disappointment and disillusionment." She triggered many thoughts that I continue to ponder today. God, and everyone who hears me, knows how much I have wanted change in my life and the world. I have wanted that loving relationship with a real spiritual partner, an end to the fraud and corruption in the world at large, healing and remedy for my many friends (known, and unknown at present) who are being challenged in their lives, and finally peace on earth as we stop the insanity within ourselves and with the human culture. I am reluctant to place too much hope in any promised outcome, having been disappointed so many times by my own expectations. The end of the 9th wave was a disappointment, as was the Winter Solstice of 2012. NESARA was never announced. RuSA was a total failure. First contact still hasn't happened. The promises of the OPPT still have not materialized for most of humanity. The list could go on and on as I think of all the times I've been taken in by rumors of impending changes.
