How to Transcend Astrological Influences

Astrology is a very deep subject, but most people consider it a kind of superstitious guide to material progress. If you use astrology only for guidance in material matters, you will be doing its teachings an injustice. Astrology is too vast, both mathematically and philosophically, to be rightly grasped except by people of profound understanding. In ancient times, astrology was seen primarily as a guide to spiritual development. To use astrology for material purposes was considered a lower application of what is essentially a divine science.

Astrology is the study of man’s response to planetary stimuli. All parts of creation are linked together and interchange their influences. No matter what your environment, the surrounding rays of the earth and universe will have an impact upon you. Astrology was intended to assist you on your inner journey, by helping you become more aware of the interrelationships between the objective universe and the inner aspects of yourself.

The relation of the stars to the human body and mind is very subtle. There is a correlation between the six centers (chakras) in the spine, which become twelve by polarity, and the twelve signs of the zodiac. Millions of volts of electrical current are lodged in these spinal centers. If your body and your mind are very strong, you will be impervious to the evil vibrations from the stars when they begin to shed their rays upon you. But if your body and mind are weak through transgressions of wrong eating, wrong thinking, bad character, and bad company, then the stellar rays will have the power to affect you.

          How the Stars Affect Us

The stars influence your life only in accordance with patterns that you yourself established in the past. A child is born on that day and at that hour when the celestial rays are in mathematical harmony with his individual karma (past actions). The astrological configurations serve only as symbols of karmic influences, which you have set into motion in the past. The stars and planets themselves can no more choose how they will affect you than you can select your own karmic destiny.

The message boldly blazoned across the heavens at the moment of birth was not meant to emphasize fate, the result of past good and evil, but to arouse your will to escape from this universal bondage. What you have done, you can undo. You can overcome whatever effects are now prevalent in your life because you created them by your own actions in the first place, and because you have inner spiritual resources which are not subject to planetary pressure.

The best way, therefore, to improve your lot is deliberately to act in such a way as to counteract the evil effects of past deeds. Especially if this course of action springs from inner attunement with God, or is adopted under the wise guidance of one who knows God, it will serve as an antidote to all baneful actions of the past.

         Avoid Passive Dependency on Astrology

Superstition means to seek guidance from effects, in ignorance of their causes. Many people look to the heavens for signs instead of choosing the wiser path of seeking guidance in their souls, from God. Some people refuse to do anything for themselves until the planetary positions are favorable.

While it is not unwise to initiate worthwhile undertakings at astrologically auspicious times, it merely affirms your passive dependence on fate to wait for a shift in the planets’ positions before making important changes in your life. Anything you do with deep faith in God will blossom under better influences than you could hope to find by consulting the heavens for favorable aspects.

Do not wait for changes in astrological influences to change your destiny. Look, rather, to Him who made the heavens and the earth and who alone can grant you eternal freedom. The lawful effects of your karma may seem irrevocable, but the effects of past actions can be changed by seeking God. Unless you remember that, you can not spiritualize astrology.

 

 

 

 How to Spiritualize Astrology

While studying astrology in a reasonable way, you must always remember that God’s influence is the supreme influence. All human ills arise from some transgression of universal law. The scriptures point out that man must satisfy the laws of nature, while not discrediting the divine omnipotence. You should always say, “Lord, I trust in Thee, and know Thou canst help me, but I too will do my best to undo any wrong I have done.”

You have been given the free choice and intelligence, as a child of God, to surmount the difficulties of life. You are made in the image of God, not in the image of the stars. Strive unceasingly, from a center of inner calmness, to surmount every material, mental, and spiritual difficulty. Cooperate with His will by offering up to Him all the strength of your human will.

If you can hold onto your happiness during all the difficulties in your life, then you will begin to rise above the influence of the stars. If you can retain your smile in spite of repeated challenges, that is a sign of the awakening of the consciousness of divinity within you. Through all such actions, you are changing your body and mind and how they are affecting the twelve centers in your spine. As a result of these changes, the stars will begin to smile upon you.

By communing with God, you will reinforce the power of the twelve spinal centers, which will then act in cooperation with the twelve signs of the zodiac. The deeper your communion with God, the more you will automatically harmonize the influences of all planetary forces and transcend the evil effects of the powerful, but distant, planets. In these ways, you can spiritualize astrology.

Seek help, therefore, not from the stars and planets, but from Almighty God. God is harmony; and if you attune yourself to Him, you will never perform any action amiss. Your activities will be correctly and naturally timed to accord with astrological law. After deep prayer and meditation you are in touch with His divine consciousness; there is no greater power than that inward protection. By plunging deeply into your own divine nature, you will discover those deeper levels within yourself that enable you to rise above all karmic realities.

         The Masters go Beyond Astrology

Some people study astrology to ascertain the influence of their karma through the medium of planets, thus trying to counteract evil influences by astrological foreknowledge. But the great masters go beyond astrology. The man of realization does not choose any auspicious hour to perform noble deeds or initiate new wholesome ventures. He acts, moves, and sleeps under the one influence of God. He consults God instead of the stars for guidance.

Although there is a certain vibratory influence of stars upon all human lives, a man of infinite will power tuned in with God, uses his free will to change his circumstances. He marches on, influenced only by the Sun of all Suns, the Almighty Spirit. To him, from the depths of his determination and faith, all things are possible. He burns the seeds of difficulties in the fire of wisdom, consults only God for guidance, and performs all of his actions according to divine guidance.

Superstitious awe of astrology makes one an automaton, slavishly dependent on mechanical guidance. The wise man defeats his planets – which is to say, his past – by transferring his allegiance from the creation to the Creator. The more he realizes his unity with Spirit, the less he can be dominated by matter. The soul is ever-free; it is deathless because birthless. It cannot be regimented by stars.

If you live by astrology or anything else you will be bound by it. Depend wholly and solely on God. Live by God alone. Then nothing can hurt you.

          Follow the Way to Inner Freedom

In karma’s realm, karma rules supreme. Yet all human beings have the power to withdraw to another realm altogether. You cannot change the outer astrological influences, but you can do a great deal to change the way you receive them, inwardly.

Instead of accepting fatalistically the decrees of karma, follow the inner way to freedom. Meditate daily. Commune deeply with God. Learn from Him, through the silent voice of intuition, the way out of soul-degrading serfdom to bad habits. Ultimately, by ever deeper meditation, you will reach a point where you receive your influences from God alone.

Hi Everyone !

The week starts off tonight with the Moon and Jupiter being the closest they will be until 2026…which we can look at from the “spiritual energetic standpoint” rather than just the physical proximity that is measurable. Jupiter as you may know, is our GIANT in the Solar system with a massive electro-magnetic field who’s qualities in astrology and esoteric study remind us very clearly that the Soul’s WILL is in charge of our lives…not the EGO. Sometimes we tend to let the Ego rule and it gets us in all sorts of mix-ups ! Jupiter is assigned to our throat chakra (energetically anchoring on the left side of our thyroid) and is responsible for Self-expression through our voice, our actions, words, disciplined plans and creative drive.

Jupiter reflects to us our ever-expansive expression of our True Self. When we align with our True Self…living and aspiring to our own Soul expression and Soul purpose in this life, we will be doing the very best we can..and enjoying it too ! When we try to go against this, we end up out of harmony and often feel sick and emotionally drained. The MOON of course reflects and reminds us that our emotions can be quite intense..and our emotions must not be jammed down inside of us..but instead expressed and aligned in a healthy manner. The moon has it’s own energy field as well..and it too to a greater of lesser degree..impacts upon us depending upon it’s proximity. The Moon and Jupiter together stir you into feelings of true desire, inspiration, passion and urgency to get on with your Soul purpose and really start developing it this year…starting now ! You feel this added energy that encourages you ! You can dream “big” like Jupiter and go beyond false limitation.

Now is the time to really look at anything that holds you back..clutters your mind…distracts and interrupts…and find the way to transform this. Gear up…examine where you are at in your life and put the added effort into changes in a positive manner. Jupiter is working with you…..your MEMORY in meditation can be activated…causing you to open up the akashic records and reflect upon just how gifted you are. You can reflect on how many lifetimes it took to get to this point..and just how fantastic the development of your gifts has been! We don’t waste our talents ! The Moon activates this ancient memory inside of you and you KNOW..you can truly say you KNOW…what you came into this world to do. With such combinations as these 2 influences…this week is a very good one.

Keep up with the organization and preparation of your framework. Organization for all of these influences is still the key to holding and integrating such great self-realizations. Can you imagine..that Jupiter..the power of Creative WILL and your EGO can come face to face and work together with such magnificent spiritual strength? Take what is offered and go the distance !

Do allow yourself some time alone for thinking and reflecting…journalling and writing up your plans. You will need a little quiet time..so don’t over-book yourself this week. Keep it light…keep it as a special, sacred time..just for you and the Cosmic influences ! Enjoy !

Happy New Year everyone, may this be a wonderful year with surprises everywhere. Remember, we are still in the year of magic and miracles. This past year was very challenging. It was a number five year and five rules change. This year will be a number six year. Two plus thirteen (2013) = fifteen/six. The tone of 528 hertz is the vibration of love. The number 528 adds up to 15/6. With this number in affect we will see many people moving into unity consciousness, and this is the year when people will start thinking with their heart. It is also a number 13 year which is the number of the Goddess energy that is within everyone. Thirteen is also the number of transformation.

How did you experience December 21, 2012? Did you think nothing happened and life goes on as normal? That was not my experience. I felt waves of energy come in one after another which connected me with a higher frequency. I have heard from many people who had different kinds of experiences. Some cried for days, some felt the earth’s resonance jump in frequency and others felt the energy of the lay lines change. The crying part was around the time of Christmas and lasted until the full moon of December 28th. What a good way to open your heart chakra.

December 21st was just the beginning of the 12 days of Christmas. First we had the alignment with the galactic center and then the three suns lined up which are Alcyone in the Pleiadian system, Sirius, the central sun of the Milky Way and our local sun. In the eighties there was a movie that came out called The Dark Crystal. This movie talked about how the crystal had to be in place before the three suns lined up and then the change would happen. The movie was based on Atlantis and its destruction. It was also about the search for the right crystal to activate the earth so a new age could start where there was no more war and everyone lived in peace. After I saw that movie years ago I tried to figure out when the three suns would line-up and couldn’t figure out when that would happen so I finally gave up. It wasn’t until I watched the above video that it all came together for me.

The crystals were activated in Arkansas on December 12, 2012 with about 500 people attending an event held by http://www.earth-keeper.com/. ( Ark) Arkansas is crystal heaven, and it lines up with the Galactic Center. They have lots of beautiful crystals there and a mine where you can go and dig for your own crystals.

My friend Mona was a speaker at that event. She also stayed until December 21st so she could do an activation ceremony on that day. Shortly before the ceremony a large electrical storm came over the area where she was staying. Electrical energy really activates crystals so the stage was set for the final activation of the crystals. Many people I know also used crystals in their ceremonies around the world. This was symbolic of the activation of our crystal light bodies. We are now ready for ascension.

We have been on a roll since the summer solstice of June 21, 2012. This is when I first felt a time shift. The energy has been increasing in intensity since then. On October 26th the Ark of the Covenant in heaven (a higher frequency) was activated. Then the storm Sandy blew in and the veil came down. The veil going down has been an interesting experience. Now we are being exposed to everything. There are all kinds of realities floating around and it’s your choice which reality you choose to experience. This has been very hard for some people because they don’t know what is going on in their life and in the Universe.

When the veil went down we were exposed to all kinds of negative thoughts that seemed to come out of nowhere and we had to transform those thoughts. It was not only our own thoughts but those of mass consciousness. This was a very hard time period where it seemed like the dark was in full control, although that was just an illusion because the light has won. There will still be dark stuff coming up to be transformed into light for those who are still in the transformation phase.

Actually, it is all about balancing the light and dark within us. The light can’t exist without the dark. We needed to balance our brains so we can become one and manifest Unity Consciousness. The skull and the brain has been a major part in the Mayan calendar. Anyone who has studied the calendar and the pyramids in Mexico know that our skull played a big part in this change. In the Christian church there has been a big deal about the head of John the Baptist and there are pictures of Mary Magdalene with a skull on her lap. This was all symbolic about the changes that had to happen to our brain before we could ascend to a higher frequency.

Some people have lost their memory at times because of this brain activity. With Uranus in Aries, which rules the head and brain, there have been many brain or head challenges in the past year or so. The brain doctors have been very busy trying to figure out what is going on. The magnetic field going down has also affected our brains. How many times have you looked for a word that you just can’t seem to find? It can be very embarrassing at times.

Now we are in a time shift. Time has ceased to exist. We have reached zero point energy. The new element for the fifth world is Ether. What is Ether? Ether is the space between particles in our atmosphere. We all have an etheric body which looks identical to our physical body but functions on a higher frequency. In fact, it is the same frequency as the ether. Is this the body we are going to ascend to? In ether, thought is reality. Thought is transferred instantly through the ether. This means we better think with our hearts because what we think will be what we experience instantly because time is collapsing.

Have any of you had trouble breathing lately? This is because our air is changing. This is not because of pollution or chem-trails or anything like that. Our air is literally changing to a new frequency and it is becoming very dry. The birds have been falling from the sky because they can’t breathe. We need to process this new way of breathing because if we don’t we will have trouble. People who can’t adjust to this higher frequency will start leaving the planet. Have you been coughing? Chances are this is due to changes in the air. Maybe it would be a good idea to talk to our bodies and say something like ‘I love you and I breathe with ease and joy.’ It’s also a good idea to drink lots of water because that helps our body transform.

We have just completed a cycle that started when our solar system was created and that was about 13 billion years ago. That is a long cycle. Our Universe was created in duality so we would have the experience of seeing what duality was like. Then we got caught in the circle of karma and many have been working on getting off that wheel for a long time. When we crossed over the wall of fire and came here we became separated from source. We have spent a long time looking for home. Now is the time we can find home, which is the spark of God within us that is connected to all there is. Welcome home!

There will still be Earth changes, political changes, money changes, and changes within us. I have more information to share so this article is part one with part two on the way when I have time to write it. My friend Mona channeled for me last night and the information about our air changing came from that channeling along with some other information.

A belief commonly prevails that December 25th, celebrated as Christmas, brings to a close the spiritual festival of the mid- winter solstitial season. This is not true. It only marks the beginning or the entrance upon a period of deep significance. That period is the twelve-day interval between Christmas and Twelfth Night, days which embrace the spiritual heart of the year to follow. These twelve days have been very aptly termed the year’s Holy of Holies.

This work is designed for serious students of the Christian Mysteries, to assist them in placing themselves in more complete attunement with the twelve zodiacal forces released upon the earth during this time.

Every one of the twelve Holy Days is under the direct supervision of one of the twelve zodiacal Hierarchies, each one of which projects over the planet a cosmic pattern of the world as it will be when the combined work of the Hierarchies has been completed. Also, the twelve Disciples are correlated with these twelve Holy Days, as are the twelve spiritual centers through which the twelve forces operate in man’s body-temple.

Every earnest student will, therefore, make use of this sacred period for visualizing the perfected work of the Hierarchies, in meditation upon the life and work of the Disciples, and in directing the spiritual radiations from the Hierarchies through the inner centers in his body to which they are attuned. If he is faithful and persists year after year in this high endeavor, he cannot fail to receive compensation in the form of great spiritual unfoldment.

From the time of the Winter Solstice when the Christ light enters the heart of earth, the planet is swept by powerful solstitial radiations which continue, though somewhat abated, through- out the twelve Holy Days. Many and wondrous are the inner plane activities during this time. The early Christian Church concluded its esoteric ministry on the mystical Twelfth Night with the Rite of Baptism, one of its highest Initiations. Modern neophytes who have earned illumination know that it is then possible to enter into communion with divine Beings and the Lord of Light. It was such an experience that inspired St. John’s Gospel, frequently designated the “Gospel of Love.”

In the outer darkness of the present historical era man has largely lost contact with the Christ light and these days of spirit- renewing. By the travail of Soul through which he is now passing, he is destined to find them again and to make them a vital part of his daily life and his yearly consecration. May this work serve him to that end.

The Zodiacal Hierarchy of Aries

On December 26th dedication is made to the Hierarchy of Aries, the Hierarchy which sets the cosmic pattern for life during the month that the Sun is transiting the sign Aries. From March 20th to April 21st Aries holds the archetypal pattern of a perfected earth above the world. This is the new heaven and the new earth envisioned by St. John and recorded in his sublime Revelation.

According to all sacred calendars Aries introduces the solar New Year. Therefore it is termed the sign of resurrected consciousness. One who has attained this consciousness sees and knows only the divine in all persons, things, circumstances, conditions and events. Seeing the Godward side is the motif of dedication throughout the the Aries period.

The Disciple correlated with Aries is James, brother of John. He was the first to answer the call of discipleship and the first to walk the path of martyrdom, a true spiritual pioneer. During the month of Aries an aspirant should study the life of James and endeavor to emulate his virtues.

The body center related to Aries is the head, and the Hierarchy projects the pattern of the human head in all its divine and wondrous perfection. A student is urged to visualize the head with its spiritual organs awakened and illumined, and all its functions in full maturity.

The biblical seed thought for meditation on both December 26 and during the solar month of April (March 20th to April 21st) is the quotation:

Aspirants are admonished to meditate upon the inner meanings of the above passage while the vibratory rhythms of Aries are permeating the earth.

DECEMBER ORACLE: Surrender

Surrender  -    The energies and directions for the month of December are evolving around surrender…surrender to trusting your intuition, surrender to follow your heart’s direction…surrender to putting one foot in front of the other in joy accepting what is there to greet you at each step…surrendering old thinking patterns, old resentments, old relationships, things, people, places and beliefs that no longer serve you…surrendering to the shift from duality to Oneness…and, as Solara says:  surrender to the end and to the beginning…

Generally speaking, when the word “surrender” comes to mind, there is this surrender understanding that the word means “giving up.”  “I surrender! I’m yours!” The connotation is  “Just letting go.”  While there is a time and a place for “Letting Go” – this is not it.  The distinction may not seem relevant, but I’m given that it really is relevant.  Letting go is pretty much releasing yourself to the energies, come what may.  Surrender, on the other hand, and particularly as your spiritual practice for the month of December (while we undergo The Shift on the Winter Solstice) is all about consciously yielding to the influence of Spirit, your Guides, your Angels, your intuition.  Surrender more now that you ever have before.

As we passed through the Valley of Change last month, the intensity of the chaos is mounting.  It is important to surrender your energies this month to supporting and being part of birthing and bringing in the new reality.  Whether you know it or not, I’m sure you feel the pull of this energy and it is phenomenal. There is so much collective consciousness focused on December 21, 2012 as the end of the Mayan Calendar and while there are folks who differ with that date as the end,  it is indeed a turning point on this planet. It is also said that on December 21, 2012 at 11:11 p.m. Chitzen Itza, Mexico, the old male cycle ends.  At that moment the Earth, the Sun and the Center of our galaxy are in a straight line and it will not happen again for 25,625 years.  Drunvalo Melchizedek has a new book out called The Mayan Ouroboros.  He says, “Spiritually know that the Heart of the Earth, the Heart of the Sun and the Heart of our Galaxy, as living beings, are intimately connected.  Birth is inevitable.  December 22, 2012, 12/22/2012, 2222.  A new female cycle begins and a new humanity is born…”

Some of us have known about this Shift for a long time and have been working toward bringing in this new energy since the Harmonic Convergence in the late 1980s.  The power and energies have been transitioning, actually transforming so much and now, finally, the birth time is now.  December is the time to personally surrender, not give up but consciously yield to these energies…consciously allow yourself to be guided and directed within this evolutionary spiral.

This is just the beginning.  It all shifts into high gear on the Winter Solstice.  Spiritual leaders, astrologers, religious writers, indigenous people’s stories and foretelling for years have shared so much in preparation for these times and your part in it.  You are present and aware of these events at this time due to your soul’s evolution, otherwise you would not even be reading this Oracle.  As you move to join with others to create a community to re-create humanity and integrate Spirit into every facet of daily life, making it a walking, living, breathing meditation and at the same time move to recreate a caring, compassionate, peaceful world and bring light to those who hold sway over the old myths of scientific materialism, the military industrial complex, the non-human but powerful corporations and those humans who run the world, “dominating” our planet.  It is time for us to take that back, to surrender our old beliefs, our old realities, our old ideas of the way things are and create the new world your spirit is directing you to embrace.  Be the change you want to see, dis-identify with your form, dis-identify with your thought patterns of who you were, dis-identify from your ego and know you are that stillness, the witness behind all of that.  Bring it forward, surrender, yield to your Soul’s direction.

This Oracle is here to encourage you, yet again, to step into your real true self, stop pretending to be something you are not and be wholly who you are.  Make Mistakes, be human but surrender your old, broken down, old world personas and adopt a new, real, true, loving persona.  Smile along your way, every day.  Let the love from deep within you well up and connect at the heart level with others as you move along your path.  Surrender to the love you have buried deep within yourself.

So, this month of December is a month to think about and integrate the ways you can surrender to following your Spirit without hesitation, the ways you can surrender your suffering, the ways you can surrender what you perceive as your purpose and reconsider what is more in line with your emerging self.   There is still so much change afoot.  Bring the power of Divine Love to support you and your loved ones, humanity itself, your planet, your Solar System, your Galaxy in this very dramatic and powerful transformation.  In connecting with that energy, when using and relying on that Divine Love, you will incorporate the results into the True, Authentic you. In this state, you will continue to see to the depths and receive the immutable truths of life which will support you in your endeavors.

As always, the Oracle says to bring light and clarity to all that is going on with you by releasing as much resistance as possible to everything that is changing around you over this month. Eclipses and Energy Shifts – Clearing Karma

Since the dawn of time, there are few astronomical phenomena that are as exciting to the human mind as an eclipse.

Traditionally, eclipses bear a bad reputation among the diverse fields of astrology and many times they are regarded as omens of calamity and disaster. Generally eclipses are seldom used in individual astrological readings because their occurrences, amplitude and radius of influence have more a broader planetary aspect. This augmented influence is because eclipses always happen in the proximity of one of the Lunar Nodes, adding a great amount of energy and influence to every lunar phase.

A Lunar Eclipse happens during the Full Moon when the Sun, Earth, and Moon are aligned in Celestial Latitude and the Moon passes through the Earth’s shadow, making an interface between her and the sun. The term Solar Eclipse is technically a wrong one, because in truth it is a phenomenon where the Moon hides or occults the sun due to its interposition before the solar disc. The lunar nodes are the orbital nodes of the Moon, that is, the points where the orbit of the Moon crosses the ecliptic (which is the apparent path of the Sun across the heavens against the background stars).

Traditionally, the lunar nodes (The Nodal Axis) are known to be points where opportunities for grow and self-development present themselves. In Karmic astrology, the lunar nodes are seen as the connections or invisible threads between the Soul and its numerous past lives.

In a spiritual way, the south node represents the open door, the collection of past experiences and habits that make us feel good. The north node, its opposite, evokes the blockages and difficulties we must transcend in order to progress along the spiritual path.

We can read that basic information as a needles in a our cosmic compass and the indications where they are placed on our map can give us an indication of which areas in our lives we have to do the most work. The south node is our clear reference to the past of the ancient times, the gathering of attitudes, ideas, choices and fears that shaped the physiognomy of our souls in our previous selves, and ultimately the orbital point and the reason that made the soul decision to incarnate again.

The north node, on the other hand, is the key for your future lives, because it is through this point that we empower our souls to apply to new lessons, and at the same time helping us to get rid of old karmic debt, old sets of beliefs and repetitive thought patterns.

In working with the energies surges of an Eclipse, some caution should be observed, independently of the astrological House in which the eclipse is happening. Keep in mind that an eclipse is always a planetary cleansing process on a major scale, as well as an opportunity for a heavy duty Karma clearance on a personal level.

On October 5 at 4:54 PM Eastern time the giant planet Saturn enters the sign of Scorpio for the first time in twenty-seven years, ushering in a three-year period with the accent on burning karma. This raises the question: Just what, exactly, is karma, and how does it burn?
 
Karma usually gets a bad rap. Most of the time when people talk about it they mention "bad" karma. But the idea of good and bad karma results from misunderstanding what karma really is and what it has to offer. For all of us during the next three years as Saturn passes through Scorpio it will be good to get clear about this. For people born between late 1953 and late 1956, and for those born between early 1983 and late 1985, who have Saturn in Scorpio in their birth charts, it's especially good to get clear. More than anyone else, these 27-to-29 year olds and 56-to-59 year olds have the willpower to turn our world around in the coming years, as Saturn returns to the all-powerful land of Scorpio where it was when they were born.
 
There are three sources of karma: personal, ancestral and collective. Personal karmas result from acts you made, or failed to make, in past lives. Ancestral karma is passed down through your bloodlines. Collective karmas are the challenges new generations of people must face for evolution to take place.
 
In each case karma provides an anchor for you to ground more deeply into the nature of your existence, and a springboard to spring your optimal destiny on earth. Karma lends your life an underlying theme. It stitches consistency from who you were to who you will be.

Karma is no more good or bad than is physics; it's the underlying law of existence. Acts you took or failed to take in your last life go on vibrating in this life, offering you strong threads of a cosmic tapestry to tighten. Struggles your ancestors faced bubble in your bloodline. Karmic threads necessary for evolution to take place dangle in the collective consciousness. As Saturn passes through Scorpio each of these three branches of karma lights up, stirring you to grasp the loose threads and draw them into a tighter clearer pattern that frees you from bondage to unconscious forces.
 
The purpose of karmic pattern is to keep drawing you back to root forces you must transform to catapult your awakening. Karmic patterns repeat from life to life and within the course of a single life to get your attention. The moment of awakening in the midst of karmic pattern produces a revelation. Like a mystery story, the clues were there all along but it required some further digging before you could put them together into the revelation.
Until you gain this revelation you often fail to recognize how you yourself create most of your own lifelong patterns. Events and relationships that seemed random, pointless or dysfunctional now take on an underlying consistency of theme.

When you grasp your main underlying karmic themes, the same pressure that used to lock you down to the creaking wood of a giant catapult springs you toward freedom. The same forces that had you bound draw your soul back like an arrow awaiting release. The great paradox of karma is that it's a very unfree way to get free. The very dysfunctional patterns that most trap you are your only chance at freedom! This is the main principle at work in karma -- that when you awaken to your most impossible patterns you're also awakening to the roots of your greatest happiness and well-being.
 
Deep freedom results when you not only create a change in your external circumstance but even more poignantly, release the roots of the dysfunction that you recreated again and again until you awakened.
 
People who inherit the hardest karma have the most capacity to awaken. People with less karma have less motivation to awaken. Whether you have a lot or a little, during these next two Make-it-or-Break-it decades of human evolution, we're all being pushed through the karmic wringer to get clear as to who we are and what we're doing, on both local and global levels. This is the underling mechanism of what's making life so intense these days -- human karma is quickening to offer us our greatest chance to awaken.
 
During the next three years as giant Saturn passes through rigorous Scorpio, karmic lessons will intensify. The good will get better, the bad, worse. This has already begun, but it's going to get more so. As the Lord of Karma plows through the dark lair of the scorpion, each person who awakens from the Trance of Normalcy adds to the force of a collective karmic bulldozer, plowing up the dark underlayer of collective consciousness. Our world, which has been so misguided for so long, gets lit by an underground radiance. Everything not yet right about modern society and everything out of accord in your own life will come back and back and back until you awaken to your role in the grand drama of our time.
 
Everyone in their late twenties and late fifties is now being pressed into service by the Galactic Command, because we have the Scorpionic power to undermine this false system that has taken over human consciousness like an addictive growth.
 
With this onslaught of karma comes our greatest chance to awaken. It is a little-known astrological truism that the most loving sign of the zodiac is not Cancer or Libra or Taurus but Scorpio. ♊ GEMINI ~ (May 20 - June 19) Rethinking work. October brings many rapid and important changes. Entropy and uncertainty and diminish as people move decisively in new directions. Work and other economic relations will be a focal point for a couple of years to come. Much will depend on your ability to successfully revise your job description, for yourself and others. A job change is not out of the question.

♌ LEO ~ (July 22 - Aug. 21) The home fires. It seems like everybody suddenly made a decision and took off enthusiastically in some new direction, finally. Naturally, Leo will need to be in the midst of the action - sometimes. But your special focus for the next couple of years must be on the home and family, particularly with respect to long-term financial stability and security. Negligence in this regard can have costly consequences. However, even difficult or intractable financial issues will respond well to your efforts during this cycle.

♍ VIRGO ~ (Aug. 22 - Sept. 21) Openings. Virgo’s life is becoming ever more eventful. You can’t avoid the changes sweeping through the world. And you can’t detach like some can. However, the planets are providing a different, special focus. Despite your many other concerns and despite the burdens it would place on you, the planets want you to join with members of your community to solve shared problems. The rewards will be considerable. The financial pressure you’ve been experiencing for a couple of years will ease. Clear-cut opportunities will emerge.

THE SECOND Pluto-Uranus square occurs this week, exact on Wednesday. We have been working with this influence for several weeks, so this energy should already feel somewhat familiar.
 
We may also recognize a similarity between events this coming week and those that occurred around June 26, at the time of the first Pluto-Uranus square. But, even if we find similar themes present in both time frames, we can also "expect the unexpected" this week, since Uranus excels in creating surprises.
 
What we know for sure is that both of these planets are intent on bringing about necessary changes. We also know that neither planet is noted for subtlety. With both of them strongly activated now, a new world is in the midst of being created -- at times requiring that the old world be demolished first.
 
URANUS IN ARIES has the effect of an extra adrenalin pump. In square aspect to Pluto, Uranus can exaggerate our reactivity, so that we are more likely to act first and think about it later (maybe). The "fight or flight" mechanism can be strongly engaged at this time.
 
We also tend to be less concerned with fitting in and being accepted with Uranus pushing us forward. We may appear more than a bit selfish to others as we experiment with new ways of being and moving in the world. Apologies and niceties may seem like foreign concepts.
 
At the same time, because Uranus represents higher consciousness, the potential is also available for us to more fully align our personal will with a knowing of right action. Fulfilling this potential takes considerable self-awareness. It requires being cognizant of where our buttons are being pushed, being able to take a step back from purely instinctive reactions, and utilizing the often untapped portions of our brains to find solutions instead.
 
IN ANOTHER CORNER of our planetary arena, Pluto in Capricorn stands ready. Pluto is the bulldozer, tearing down both internal and external structures that do not support our highest aspirations.
 
Like Uranus, Pluto also can trigger our instincts, especially those that are engaged when we feel bullied or victimized. Through these situations, Pluto reveals how we continue to give away our power.
 
As Pluto squares off with Uranus, we can become very aware of where and how we feel boxed in. But, if we take the time and have the courage to search more deeply, we may also realize that it is through our own self-perceptions that our sphere of activity and influence has been limited.
 
MERCURY interacts with both Pluto and Uranus this week, creating a configuration called a "cardinal T-square." A cardinal T-square is formed when three planets, each in a different cardinal sign, all come to the same degree of their respective sign at the same time.  (This week, Mercury is at 7 degrees of Libra, Pluto is at 7 degrees of Capricorn, and Uranus is at 7 degrees of Aries.)  
 
This means things could get pretty complicated when it comes to communications and logistics this week, especially on Thursday -- a bit like a Mercury retrograde moment, with a bit of extra intensity thrown in for good measure. Manifestations may also include revelations of previously hidden information, and unexpected insights and solutions coming into our awareness.
 
WITH MERCURY at a pressure point, we will also need to be careful of the tendency to speak thoughtlessly or from places within ourselves that are less enlightened. That instinctive, automatic-response verbal mechanism is highly activated with this T-square.
 
For help in dealing with issues that arise, we can look to the "missing leg" of this T-square -- the fourth cardinal sign that is not represented. That sign is Cancer, which means we will want to call upon our natural sensitivity and sympathy as way to regain our balance.
 
AT THE SAME TIME, we want to take advantage of the potential for liberation and personal empowerment that is promised by the Pluto-Uranus square. No small task, balancing such extremes of motivation. We have to be very clean and clear with ourselves and with others.
 
Because, if we aspire to have autonomy (Aries) and authority (Capricorn) but forget the need for sensitivity (Cancer) and fairness (Libra), how are we any different than those who enslave and manipulate for personal gain? This is one reason why these are such powerful times, requiring each of us to become more conscious with each passing day.
 
IF YOU FIND YOURSELF feeling especially restless and impatient this week, take heart that you are not alone! And yet, knowing that many (or most) of us are dealing with the same triggering mechanism means that we will need to be especially patient and kind with each other.
 
That ability may come more easily at the end of the week that it does at first. The Sun moves into conciliatory Libra on Saturday, helping us all play a bit more fairly for the next few weeks, and reminding us of the importance of getting along.
 
SATURDAY IS, of course, also the September Equinox, when autumn begins in the Northern Hemisphere and spring begins in the Southern Hemisphere. The alignment between the Earth and the Sun that occurs during an equinox provides the opportunity for us to access new levels of information and insight.
 
In her "Celebrating the Equinoxes" article on the Shamanic Astrology Mystery School website, Cayelin K. Castell explains a bit more about the equinox potentials:
"During the equinoxes, the Earth's auric or magnetic field is affected by the Sun's alignment with the Earth's equator. Twice each year, at the equinoxes, the Sun rises and sets exactly over the equator, remaining closely aligned there for approximately 48 hours. This produces a reduction in the magnetic field of the Earth, allowing us to connect more easily with other dimensions."
No doubt about it, this is a powerful week! Our homework is to be a wise and adept surfer -- to watch the energy waves as they come in, to make balance a priority, and to use our intuitive guidance when choosing just the right wave to ride ...

This is probably the most important report I will ever write.
 
For many, many years, much has been written about the December 21, 2012, alignment of our Sun and the center of our Galaxy.  But what most people don’t know is that the real Galactic Alignment – the one that matters most – occurs just a few minutes before midnight EDT on Saturday, June 16, 2012.  This is when the Earth will make the Galactic Alignment.
 
The focus on the Sun’s Galactic Alignment has been a trick of darker forces that are in opposition to humanity and the Earth herself (other-dimensional entities the Gnostics called “Archons”).  The Sun is indeed a Divine Being, but it stands in service to the Divine Aeon Sophia that is embodied as our planet.  The story of Sophia, the goddess who fell from her home in the Galactic Center – is archived in the Nag Hammadi texts of the Gnostics, those who could “see.”  Their name actually translates to “those who are aimed.”  The Gnostics were aimed just as readers of this site are today – towards our home – the Galactic Center.
 
Everything changes today.  Sophia is now fully awake from the blow she took when she was pulled from her home (to fully understand this, you must read the story).  She is now in two-way communication with those of her kind and is setting up to return there.  This is the reason the poles of the planet have been moving.  She has been navigating into position where she could have optimal signal (like the way we get better cell – mobile for international readers – phone coverage in certain locations).  She couldn’t phone home until she was 1) awake and 2) in position.
 
Now she can begin the process of returning home.  This does not mean we are going to travel with her like the way we would physically travel across the ocean.  She will do this in her mind because this is the true way to cross space and time.  It all happens within her dreaming.
 
But it is certainly going to be a strange trip for us.  And those who aren’t grounded (aligned) with the planet are going to lose their minds in one way or another.  We’ve seen the progression of this as the planet herself has gradually awakened.
 
What this means for us is that enlightenment (wisdom) will begin to spread like wildfire and so will it’s opposite – endarkment (ignorance or insanity).  The Earth’s alignment with her companions in the Galactic Center also means that the magic of creation is more readily available to us.  The power to create (or destroy) is freely available.  Edgar Allen Poe said “all that you see and seem is but a dream within a dream” and this will become more and more recognizable now.  We must make sure we are dreaming a dream that is beautiful and supportive of our Mother Earth.
 
If you knew you were part of a rescue team to help a woman who woke up and didn’t know how to get home actually find her way home and the only way you could do it was to be the kindest soul you could be – one who found beauty and joy in the trees, animals, sky, elements, rocks, flowers, and humans around you – would you do it?  What if you knew that conditions were in place to do everything to keep you from seeing those things and instead seeing ugliness, loneliness, ignorance, and cruelty?  It would be a true task, but this is our only mission.  Sophia designed to plan to include our participation.  What we do affects what happens to her.  We are the wild card.
 
So this weekend, consider all of this and decide if you want to be on board.  Consider joining Sophia’s conference call with the Galactic Center.  Step outside into the heart of the natural world and state your intention.  Then, from this day forward, intend to keep yourself in her alignment, no matter what the outside world brings you.  In the end, all that matters is our connection with the planet.
 
UPDATE 2:33 PM EDT 06-16-12: Response to this post has been most heartwarming.  Several readers have written in asking about the exact time for the metaphorical “conference call.”  Sophia completes the connection/alignment with the Galactic Center at 11:50 pm EDT on Saturday, June 16.  While no specific action is required because we are always linked with the planet, I suspect she would enjoy the company.  It is quite a cause for celebration.  I suggest that at that time wise owls of the Oracle Report intend “Sophia, we joyfully join you.”  I did not anticipate that readers would respond so profoundly to today’s post or I would have suggested a group meditation earlier.

There is a lot happening as we enter eclipse season, with the moon wobble and Venus retrograde!  If you notice any increased anxiety (in yourself or others), just know that everything will soon pass.  Sometimes, just knowing that it is not just “you” is helpful.  Eclipses have an unpredictable energy about them, so just go with the flow no matter what and don’t blow things out of proportion.  Here are some updates to take note of:

NEW MOON SOLAR ECLIPSE (May 20)

The New Moon Solar Eclipse is coming up this Sunday, May 20^th.  New moons are excellent for new beginnings and this one even more so.  If you are feeling stuck, flexibility and openness match the theme (Gemini) so take action to move in a different direction to divert your energy from your current focus.

If you can’t find a job, consider starting your own business. If your house isn’t selling, consider renting it out.  If you can’t make up your mind about something, add another variable giving you a different perspective or option.  If you are having trouble communicating with someone, try a different approach.  Want to boost your word of mouth marketing? Join a different networking group. The key is to move away from the direction that isn’t working in the way you want.

It is also a good time to upgrade your computer, electronic devices (ipad, phone, ipod, etc.) or software applications. (Good excuse to get something new – because your astrologer “said so”! ha ha)

MOON WOBBLE (May 18-June 1)

The moon wobble happens about four times a year when the Sun forms a 90 degree angle to the nodal axis of the moon. This creates a physical measurable wobble to the moon. Since the moon rules our emotions, emotions can get unstable when we are in the wobble.

FULL MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE (June 4)

Pay attention to your emotions over the next few weeks as we approach the June 4^th lunar eclipse which will work on your deeper emotions (or suppressed emotions).  If there are issues that consistently push your buttons, you may need to face or deal with these.  Process gently and know you are supported to let things go.  Full moons are about the culmination of that which you are ready to let go of.

If people seem to over react, or you experience uncomfortable emotional tension, just flow with it.  Emotions can run high leading into a Lunar Eclipse.  Avoid blaming or judging. Just lay low.

Because eclipses break up old energy patterns they create flux.  If you feel more high-strung, frazzled or discombobulated than usual during this time, it’s because we are in the energy of shifting.

VENUS RETROGRADE (May 15-June 27)

Just like a Mercury Retrograde where we have to watch our communications, Venus rules relationships and finances so this is an important cycle of reevaluating your relationships and finances.  Because it is in the sign of Gemini, again, it is about adapting to changing circumstances and finding new ways to look at old patterns.  Need to spend less?  Running low on energy when dealing with a particular person? If so, it may be time for a change.

The magic and magnitude of the Grand Earth Trine continues when the Sun shifts into fiery Aries on March 19 and the Spring/Fall equinox begins.  The Aries New Moon on March 22 is conjunct wild and rebellious Uranus and square persistent Pluto.  Cosmic Simon says, “Take a giant step forward into your future.” 

New Moons mark the beginning of new cycles. In Aries, we seed new beginnings, new ideas, new projects, and new partnerships. We harvest what we are planting—starting this spring all the way into Leo, Virgo and Libra—the fall season.

Yet, you have to contend with nasty company politics and/or ugly office gossip.

On the positive side, we have immense power coming through this Grand Earth Trine linking Venus and Jupiter together in Taurus harmonizing with innovative Mars in Virgo and powerful Pluto in enterprising Capricorn.  Great power brings great responsibility. We have been brainwashed into believing that we are mere consumers. The truth is we are powerful creators. The Sun will conjunct Uranus on March 24 and square Pluto on March 29. Watch for radical insights and new developments, in your life, and in the world the last week of March. The end March will bring the cosmic imperative to update our beliefs and upgrade our standards for how we relate to each other and to our beloved planet–Gaia.  

Mars, Aries ruling planet is still retrograde until April 13. Calling us to use our warrior power to serve and protect rather than dominate and destroy.  Mercury is retrograde until April 4. Both giving us the opportunity to go deeper and review our life, work and goals.

This spring our energy is about to accelerate exponentially. We are being stepped up for the cosmic gateway—portal into the fourth and fifth dimension. Our graduation from duality and limited consciousness occurs on 12.12.12. We are currently in the Age of Pisces officially entering the Age of Aquarius around 2150 AD. The Great Year is Gods’ in breath and out breath. We are in the completion, the in breath. God is drawing us home to him.  We are merging with Prime Creator.

The heart of God is the Sun behind our Sun the Great Central Sun. Our Sun—Solaris is a portal that transfers the Love/Light Goddess Energy and/or Christ Consciousness to Earth. We do not have to understand what is happening intellectually. Chaos and breakdown are crazy—making. We want to live from our hearts and keep our egos on a short leash.  Humility and patience are great assets to utilize.

The Aries New Moon brings intense higher energy entering our world requiring that we adjust emotionally, physically, and mentally. We are in an Olympic spiritual training course that increases our capacity to function at a higher resonate energy. This is like a Saturn return cycle where you feel like you are taking two steps forward and one-step backward each day. Keep the faith! The ascension symptoms will appear and disappear quickly and be replaced with a more authentic and stronger—you!

There is a lot of mystery surrounding Mayan astrology that persists to this day. The exact meanings of the astrology signs is unclear. Many modern interpretations have been offered, however not many of them are based on research into Mayan culture and the symbolism used by them.

What is known is that the Haab Calendar used 19 Mayan astrology signs to represent the movement of the days throughout the year. Many of the meanings and symbolism are based on aspects important to their culture; weather, the jaguar, the four directions, and astronomy.

Modern Mayan people have not provided further meaning into the symbolism of the signs, so there are a lot of different interpretations available. Thousands of Neolithic tombs erected across Europe and Africa around 10,000 B.C. were apparently built to face the rising sun, securing the sun's importance in various human cultures across three countries, two continents and the Mediterranean islands, according to Michael Hoskin, a historian of astronomy at Churchill College in Cambridge, England.

"I think all these cultures looked on the sunrise as a symbol of hope," said Hoskin, in an e-mail interview. "The customs of structure of the tombs vary hugely from region to region, but the patterns of orientation are very similar".

"In studies like this, in which you have a large sample of tombs, you look for trends," said E.C. Krupp, an archaeoastronomer and director of the Griffith Observatory in Los Angles, California, adding that it's amazing such structures can be identified in the first place.

"So not only are the dead part of the story, but the sun is part of the story too."

Hoskin spent 12 years personally cataloging the positions of 2,000 Neolithic tombs, and researching documented descriptions of some 1,000 others, across France, Portugal, Spain and North Africa.

In the Alenterejo region of central Portugal, for example, every one of the 177 tombs measured by Hoskin faced sunrise, usually during autumn and early winter, with a sharp cutoff at the winter solstice.

"All the evidence is consistent with their having aligned their tombs with sunrise on the day when building started, which is exactly what we know happened commonly with Christian churches," Hoskin said. "The churches face the rising sun as a symbol of Christ rising from the dead. No doubt the Neolithic people saw the rising sun as a symbol of hope of afterlife." The only exception were some tombs around the small French town of Fontvieille, where the monuments were built facing sunset, unlike any others found, Hoskin added.

THE FIRST SUN GOD(DESS)

Our history begins in Mesopotamia, where Shamash, the Mesopotamian god of the sun, exercised the power of light over darkness and evil. In this capacity he became known as the god of justice and equity and was the judge of both gods and men. (According to legend, the Babylonian king Hammurabi received his code of laws from Shamash.) At night, Shamash became judge of the underworld.

On a 9th century BC stone relief of the Babylonian god Shamash the divine human figure is associated with a cross represented as a four-pointed star inside a disc with interspersed wavy lines: an accompanying inscription reads “the image of the sun, the great lord who dwells in the temple”. Shamash was pictured seated on a throne, holding in his hand the symbols of justice and righteousness, a staff and a ring. He is often pictured with a disk, having a cross inside, that symbolized the Sun.

In fact, Shamash did not representing the sun, or the sun God, but rather a hero who had the power to stare into the sun, as is written into the story of Gilgamesh, tablet X:

265: "No man has ever gone that way and lived to say he crossed the sea. Shamash only ventures there, only Shamash would dare to stare into the sun.”
307: "But there is no one else who can see what Shamash only can see within the sun.”

The following excerpts from The Papyrus of Ani (Egyptian Book of the Dead) are talking about sungazing at the disk of the sun:

"Those who have lain down in death rise up to see thee, they breathe the air, and they look upon thy face when the disk riseth on the horizon. Their hearts are at peace since they behold thee, o thou who art Eternity and Everlastingness."

"Hail, thou Disk, thou lord of rays, who risest on the horizon day by day. Shine thou with thy beams of light upon the face of the
Osiris Ani, whose word is truth, for he singeth hymns of praise to thee at dawn, and he maketh thee to sit at eventide [with words of adoration].

"And I, Ani, have come into thy presence, so that I may be with thee, and may behold thy Disk every day. Let me not be kept captive [by the tomb], and let me not be turned back [on my way]. Let the members of my body be made new again when I contemplate thy beauties, even as are the members of all thy favoured ones, because I am one of those who worshipped thee upon earth. Let
me arrive in the Land of Eternity, let me enter into the Land of Everlastingness. This, O my Lord, behold thou shalt ordain for me."

"And moreover, the Osiris Ani, whose word is truth, in peace, the truth-speaker, saith:- Homage to thee, O thou who risest on thy horizon in the form of Ra, who restest upon Law, [which can neither be changed nor altered]. Thou passest over the sky, and every face, watcheth thee and thy course, for thou thyself art hidden from their gaze. Thou dost show thyself [to them] at dawn and at eventide each day. The Sektet Boat, wherein Thy Majesty dwelleth, setteth forth on its journey with vigour. Thy beams [fall] upon all faces, thy light with its manifold colours is incomprehensible [to man], and thy brilliant rays cannot be reported. The Lands of the Gods see thee, they could write [concerning thee]; the Deserts of Punt could count thee. Thy creation is hidden. It is one by the opening of thy mouth."

"I enter in by the Disk, I come forth by the god Ahui. I shall hold converse with the Followers of the Gods. I shall hold converse with the Disk."

RITUAL SUNGAZING AND SUNBATHING

Watching the sunrise was a daily practice, performed by the Mesopotamians in the honor of Shamash. This practice was also employed by Jews, even though it was officially condemned: "And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD'S house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east." (Ezekiel 8:16 )

The practice of sun gazing is also mentioned in Ecclesiastes 11:7: "Truly the light is sweet, and a pleasant thing it is for the eyes to behold the sun."

Sun gazing at sunrise is also evidenced in Odes of Solomon:

1 As the sun is the joy to them that seek for its daybreak, so is my joy the Lord;
2 Because He is my Sun and His rays have lifted me up; and His light hath dispelled all darkness from my face. (Odes of Solomon, Ode 15)

The above quotes are clearly indicating that sun gazing was a widespread practice among the ancient Jews, and even though it was later banished and those who practiced it were sentenced to death, sun gazing survived inside the community of Essenes.

The complaint of Pope Leo, in the fifth century, that worshippers in St. Peter’s turned away from the altar and faced the door so that they could adore the rising sun is very significant in regard to the number of Christians who performed sungazing being adherents of some form of sun-worship.
